Grey releases Grayscale XRP Trust ETF on NYSE Arca

Greyrelease, a digital asset investment platform, announced today that the Grayscale XRP Trust ETF (ticker: GXRP) has begun trading on NYSE Arca as an exchange-traded product (ETP). GXRP is an exchange-traded product that is not registered under the Investment Companies Act of 1940 ("Act 40") and is therefore not subject to the same regulations and protections as Act 40-registered ETFs and mutual funds. Investing in GXRP involves significant risks, including the potential loss of principal. GXRP holds XRP; however, investing in GXRP is not a direct investment in XRP.
