Twenty One Capital CEO Reveals His Account Was Closed by JPMorgan Chase

Jack Mallers, chief executive of Twenty One Capital, a bitcoin finance company that specializes in commercial and retail banking, shared a framed letter from Chase, dated Sept. 2, 2025, informing him that his account would be closed after a bank review found compliance issues with the Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations, as well as unusual account activity. Jack Mallers said that despite his father's decades of business with JPMorgan Chase, the bank banned him from opening accounts in the future, without giving any specific reason.
