Binance to remove PORT3 U-based perpetual contract

Binance will position squaring all PORT3 U-based perpetual contracts at 14:30 on November 23, 2025 Beijing time, and conduct automatic settlement. After the settlement is completed, the contracts will be removed from the shelves.
