北京市住建委：2024年计划供应商品住房600万平方米

5月11日讯，北京市住房和城乡建设委员会印发《2024年北京市住房发展年度计划》的通知。通知指出，平稳有序供应住房用地。保持住房用地供应总量稳定，本年度计划安排各类住房用地1060公顷。根据《计划》，今年计划供应配租型和配售型保障性住房用地200公顷，计划供应商品住房约600万平方米。
