Bitrace said in a post on the X platform that as of now, a total of 25 companies, including ACE, have completed the statement of compliance with the law on money laundering prevention and control, and these companies will become the first batch of applicable companies after the amendment of Taiwan's "new four laws of fraud" is passed.
Obligations include, but are not limited to, continuous review of customer information, establishment of cooperation with law enforcement agencies to report abnormalities, cooperation with freezing, and legal return of stolen goods.
