Japanese bitcoin crypto treasury (DAT) company Metaplanet announced the issuance of $150 million worth of class B perpetual preference shares with a fixed dividend yield of 4.9% and a conversion price of 1,000 yen, which will be used to continue to increase its holdings of bitcoin.
