Generative Alpha, the parent company of AIUSD, announced the completion of the Pre-Seed round of financing, with well-known institutions such as top Silicon Valley investors participating in the investment

On November 19th, AIUSD announced the launch of the world's first Agent Money infrastructure for the era of agents, positioning it as a unified capital layer connecting AI agents and individual users. The system can connect mainstream blockchains, exchanges and stablecoin networks, realize cross-chain routing, income management and derivatives trading, and support users to complete complex financial operations with natural language instructions.
According to official disclosures, AIUSD's AI-driven revenue strategy has maintained a zero monthly drawdown over the past two and a half years, with an annualized trading volume of about $1 trillion.
At the same time, Generative Alpha, the parent company of AIUSD, announced the completion of the Pre-Seed round of financing. The investment lineup includes early institutional investors from Anthropic, Perplexity, and TradingView, as well as many well-known Silicon Valley and Wall Street investors such as the head of Sequoia Capital's US Scout Fund, a16z Scout Fund, and Tesla FSD AI. Officials said that they continue to receive strong investment intentions before the launch of the next round of financing.
The AIUSD project was co-founded by Bill Sun, a Stanford PhD in mathematics, former Millennium/Citadel/Point72 investment manager and DeepMind researcher, and Yao Meng, a veteran crypto high-frequency trading platform founder.
