The three major indices of US stocks collectively closed down, the Dow Jones index fell 1.07%, the S & P 500 index fell 0.83%, and the Nasdaq composite index fell 1.21%. Most large technology stocks fell, Amazon and AMD fell more than 4%, Microsoft and Nvidia fell more than 2%, and Tesla fell more than 1%.
