Google unveils super model Gemini 3 to achieve a huge leap in reasoning and coding capabilities

Alphabet-owned Google has unveiled its latest version of its artificial intelligence model, Gemini 3, and highlighted that the new features will be immediately available in multiple profitable products, with executives describing the version as representing a "giant leap" in reasoning and coding capabilities. Like its predecessor, Gemini 3 can handle text, images and other media, as well as solve complex scientific and mathematical problems. Chief executive Sundar Pichai said its ability to reason and respond based on input has been significantly improved. Koray Kavukcuoglu, chief technology officer at Google DeepMind, said: "This is our smartest model. It will help people bring any idea they have to life." Google also launched Antigravity, a new development platform for building artificial intelligence-driven coding agents, which is currently being previewed. The system allows developers to delegate tasks to autonomous agents that can write, test, and validate code in editors, end points, and browsers.
