HSBC will offer tokenized deposit services to customers in the United States and the United Arab Emirates

HSBC Holdings Plc will begin rolling out its tokenised deposit service to corporate clients in the US and the United Arab Emirates in the first half of next year. Manish Kohli, head of global payment solutions at HSBC, said the tokenised deposit service allows customers to transfer funds onshore and across borders in seconds around the clock, without being limited to working hours, and the system helps large enterprises manage liquidity more efficiently.
