All three major U.S. stock indexes have hit new lows since October 17

The Dow Jones index fell 1.05 percent, the S & P 500 index fell 0.91 percent and the Nasdaq Composite index fell 1.28 percent, all of which hit new lows since Oct. 17. NVIDIA (NVDA. O) fell more than 3 percent and AMD (AMD. O) fell nearly 5 percent.
