U.S. stocks opened lower, with the Dow down 0.74%, the Nasdaq down 0.63% and the S & P 500 down 0.5%. Technology stocks mostly fell, with Amazon and Microsoft down more than 2%. Cloudflare fell 6%, and some of its network services malfunctioned.
