Bitcoin mining company Arkon Energy plans to list on the Amsterdam Pan European Exchange

On March 26th, it was reported that US data center infrastructure and Bitcoin mining company Arkon Energy plan to merge with BM3EAC Corp. registered in the Cayman Islands and list on the Pan European Exchange in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is reported that the two sides agreed on a 90 day mutually exclusive period on February 21st to reach a final agreement. If everything goes smoothly, Arkon, headquartered in Ohio, will become the first Bitcoin mining company to list on the Pan European Exchange.
