On November 18, the newly appointed co-CEO of cryptocurrency brokerage and wallet provider Blockchain.com revealed that the company is preparing to go public in 2026.
According to previous news, Blockchain.com held talks in October to list in the United States through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The company's valuation has varied significantly over the past few years due to market volatility. In March 2021, it raised $300 million at a post-money valuation of $5.20 billion, and the valuation climbed to $14 billion the following year. However, by November 2023, its valuation fell back to $7 billion in a $110 million financing.
