比特币矿企Arkon Energy计划在阿姆斯特丹泛欧交易所上市

3月26日消息，美国数据中心基础设施和比特币挖矿公司 Arkon Energy 计划通过与开曼群岛注册成立 BM3EAC Corp.公司合并，在荷兰阿姆斯特丹泛欧交易所上市，据悉双方于 2 月 21 日同意为期 90 天的相互排他期，以达成最终协议，如果一切顺利，总部位于俄亥俄州的 Arkon 将成为第一家在泛欧交易所上市的比特币矿业公司。
