Tom Lee: Cryptocurrency price tops in this cycle could occur within 12-36 months

Tom Lee, chairperson of the board of directors of Ethereum treasury company BitMine Immersion, said that the cryptocurrency price has not peaked in this cycle because the cryptocurrency cycle has been different from the past. Thanks to the upcoming Fusaka upgrade of Ethereum, the continued growth of stablecoins, and the positive fundamentals of asset tokenization, the peak of this cycle may not appear until 12 to 36 months. Tom Lee added that the fourth quarter is usually the peak season for cryptocurrency and stock prices, and investors have historically added non-position squaring contracts in this quarter, so market volume may improve in the coming weeks.
