Peter Thiel related entities have completed the reduction of BitMine shares before September 30

On November 15th, it was reported that Peter Thiel's Founders Fund related entities have sold half of the previously held BitMine shares and currently hold 2.547 million BitMine shares. According to the US SEC filing, although the date of filing Schedule 13G form with the US SEC is November 14th, the 2.547 million BitMine shares reported are the number of shares held as of September 30, 2025, which means that before September 30, the Founders Fund related entities have completed the reduction of BitMine shares.
