11月15日消息，纳斯达克上市比特币矿企 CleanSpark 宣布已斥资 4.6 亿美元回购 3060 万股普通股，本次回购不涉及任何公司董事或高管的持股，此外该公司还宣布已完成此前披露的可转换优先票据发行 11.5 亿美元募资交易。
