Cardone Capital launches real estate + bitcoin hybrid fund, rental income will continue to increase BTC holdings

On November 15th, real estate investment firm Cardone Capital announced the launch of an innovative hybrid fund that combines traditional commercial real estate with Bitcoin asset allocation for the first time. The company recently acquired a multi-family housing project worth about $235 million with 366 units, of which about $100 million will be used to purchase Bitcoin.
