According to an announcement released on Friday, ethereum treasury company BitMine (BMNR) has appointed a new CEO and three independent directors.
Chi Tsang, who led the venture capital fund m1720 and spent a decade at HSBC, will succeed Jonathan Bates as chief executive and join the board. The company has also appointed Robert Sechan, Olivia Howe and Jason Edgeworth as new board members.
