欧盟拟集中监管区域内加密货币业务

据彭博社报道，欧盟执行机构计划赋予欧洲证券和市场管理局(ESMA)新权力，将其设为区域内所有加密资产服务提供商的直接监管机构，并负责授权新企业。该草案将于下月正式宣布，此举可能颠覆国家监管机构和企业多年来在行业监管方面的既有工作。根据欧盟《加密资产市场条例》，加密企业目前需在至少一个成员国获得授权。
