Aztec will publicly sell AZTEC tokens through Uniswap auction from December 2 to 6

On November 13, Aztec, the Ethereum privacy protocol, announced that it will offer for sale the token AZTEC from December 2 to 6, 2025. AZTEC will have no airdrops and no mysterious distributions. It is reported that Aztec will auction the token AZTEC through Uniswap's continuous auction clearing mechanism, enabling real-time price discovery and fair participation opportunities. The starting price is $350 million FDV, which is about 75% discount to the latest implied network valuation based on the latest equity financing. Early contributors and community members include testnet operators, OG users of Aztec Connect, and individual Ethereum stakers. More than 300,000 addresses have been whitelisted and bidding can begin today.
