VanEck files Solana Spot ETF Form 8-A with the SEC

On November 14, VanEck, a prominent ETF issuer, said its Solana Spot ETF was about to launch and had filed Form 8-A with the Securities Exchange Commission, which is usually filed shortly before a new asset launch. A total of 10 new pending Solana ETFs are currently awaiting approval.
