纳斯达克上市比特币矿企CleanSpark宣布将可转换债券发行募资规模从此前的10亿美元扩大至11.5亿美元，此外该公司还宣布将从可转换债券投资者手中回购约4.6亿美元的普通股，据悉本次发行预计将于2025年11月13日完成，但需满足惯例成交条件。
