美国司法部（DOJ）已选择咨询公司 Forensic Risk Alliance 作为币安的外部监管机构。据知情人士透露，华尔街律师事务所 Sullivan & Cromwell 最初被认为是这一角色的最佳选择，目前美国司法部拒绝就此事给于置评，Sullivan & Cromwell 和 FRA 的发言人没有立即回应置评请求。
