On November 11, Davide Crapis, head of EF dAI Team, said in a post that he is working with the management of the Ethereum Foundation (EF) to develop the dAI Team 2026 roadmap, with the goal of building Ethereum into a global decentralized settlement and collaborative base for AI, allowing autonomous agents to interact with identities, assets, and data under publicly auditable rules.
Davide Crapis also expressed his gratitude to the expanding community around the ERC-8004 and x402 protocols, saying that these two standards are becoming neutral specifications for "agentic commerce", and asked the team that is building related applications for future support.
