According to on-chain analyst Ember Monitoring, after the founder of Uniswap released the proposal for a start-up fee switch, a UNI investment institution (probably VariantFund) transferred 2.818 million UNIs (worth $27.08 million) to CoinbasePrime. Subsequently, a large number of UNIs were decentralized from CoinbasePrime to CEX such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.
