Buffett will no longer write the annual report

Berkshire Hathaway said Mr. Buffett would no longer write annual reports. He also converted 1,800 Class A shares into 2.70 million Class B shares for donations. Mr. Buffett wants to keep a lot of Class A shares until Berkshire shareholders are satisfied with Mr. Gregg.
