On November 10, the Ministry of Transport announced that from 13:01 on November 10, 2025, the implementation of the "Announcement of the Ministry of Transport on the Collection of Special Port Fees for Ships against US Ships" (Announcement No. 54 of the Ministry of Transport, 2025), "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Transport on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for the Collection of Special Port Fees for Ships against US Ships" (Assignment Water [2025] No. 59), "Announcement of the Ministry of Transport on the Initiation of the Investigation into the Security and Development Interests of the Shipping Industry, Shipbuilding Industry and Related Industrial Chain Supply Chain" (Announcement No. 55 of the Ministry of Transport, 2025) will be suspended for 1 year.
