On November 10, 2025, the United States announced that it will suspend the implementation of its 301 investigation measures against China's maritime, logistics and shipbuilding industries for one year from November 10. In view of this, in accordance with the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China and the Provisions on the Implementation of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, China has decided to suspend the relevant measures of the Ministry of Commerce Order No. 6 of 2025 ("Decision on Countermeasures against Five Relevant Subsidiaries of Hanwha Marine Co., Ltd.") for one year from November 10, 2025 Beijing time.
