On November 9, the Ministry of Commerce announced that, with approval, from now until November 27, 2026, the second paragraph of the Ministry of Commerce Announcement No. 46 of 2024 ("Announcement on Strengthening Export Control of Relevant Dual-Use Items to the United States") will be suspended.
