On November 8, the Chinese side took note of the statement issued by Dutch Minister of Economy Karemans on November 6, but so far it has not seen any actual actions by the Dutch side to stop infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises and restore the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain. In line with a responsible attitude towards the stability and security of the global semiconductor supply chain, the Chinese side announced on November 1 that it would exempt relevant exports that meet the conditions, and the source and responsibility for the current global semiconductor supply chain chaos lie with the Dutch side. The Chinese side hopes that the Dutch side's statement should not just stay in words, but should put forward constructive solutions and take practical actions as soon as possible to quickly and effectively restore the stability of the global semiconductor supply chain from the source, and stop using administrative means to intervene and interfere in the internal affairs of enterprises, so as to promote the early resolution of the NSCI issue. The Chinese side agreed to the request of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs to send personnel to China for consultations.
