研究机构CCData数据显示，4月Coinbase、Binance和Kraken等中心化交易所的现货交易量出现了7个月以来的首次下滑，下跌32.6%跌至2万亿美元，比特币的交易量则从历史最高点回落，衍生品交易量也出现了七个月来的首次下跌，下降26.1%跌至4.57万亿美元。
