天赐材料：与国轩高科签订年度采购合同

11月6日讯，天赐材料公告，2025年11月6日，公司全资子公司九江天赐高新材料有限公司与合肥国轩高科动力能源有限公司签订了《年度采购合同》。协议约定，国轩高科2026-2028年度向九江天赐采购预计总量为87万吨的电解液产品。具体采购量、采购单价、规格型号等以经双方确认的《采购订单》为准。
