Bitcoin treasury and asset manager Strive (NASDAQ: ASST) announced that its perpetual preference share (SATA) initial public offering (IPO) will be priced at $80 per share and the size of the offering will be increased from the original plan of 1.25 million shares to 2 million shares. The company said it will continue to focus on maximizing shareholder value through bitcoin asset allocation.
