Coinbase resumes Polkadot (DOT) transfer and staking support

According to Coinbase Markets, Coinbase has resumed the sending, receiving and pledging functions of Polkadot (DOT), and all related services have been restarted. Previously, the official announced that in order to complete the network migration, the in, out and pledging of DOT will be suspended, and users will be prompted not to recharge during the upgrade window. The current function has been restored, and users can use it normally.
