On November 5th, Kweichow Moutai announced that after full study by the board of directors of the company, the company plans to distribute cash dividends of 23.957 yuan (tax included) per share to all shareholders. As of September 30, 2025, the company's total share capital is 125,227,0215 shares, and a total of 30.001 billion yuan (tax included) will be distributed.
