贵州茅台：拟以15亿元至30亿元回购公司股份并注销

11月5日讯，贵州茅台公告，公司计划以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购股份金额不低于人民币15亿元（含）且不超过人民币30亿元（含），回购价格不超过1887.63元/股。具体回购资金总额以回购方案实施完毕或回购期限届满时实际回购股份使用的资金总额为准。本次回购股份将用于注销并减少公司注册资本。
