Two departments: audit working papers should be stored in China

On May 10, the Ministry of Finance and the Cyberspace Administration of China issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of Data Security of Accounting Firms". The "Measures" pointed out that audit work papers should be stored in the territory in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and relevant state regulations. Relevant encryption equipment should be set up in the territory and operated and maintained by the domestic team, and the key should be stored in the territory.
