The Tariff Commission of the State Council: In order to implement the consensus reached in the Sino-US economic and trade consultations, in accordance with the Tariff Law of the People's Republic of China, the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations and the basic principles of international law, with the approval of the State Council, from 13:01 on November 10, 2025, the implementation of the "Notice of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on Imposing Tariffs on Some Imported Commodities Originating in the United States" (Tariff Commission Announcement No. 2 of 2025) will be stopped.
