The fishing gang exchanged the 1155 WBTC it caught for 22,960 ETH, and then spread it to hundreds of wallets. After the refund, you should know what percentage of the bounty the victim provided to the fishing gang (according to the on-chain call a few days ago, the bounty is 10%).
