Bitcoin miner Mara Holdings announced its third quarter 2025 earnings, with a net profit of $123 million, a record high for the company. The growth was mainly driven by the rise in bitcoin prices and improved operating efficiency. The company's quarterly revenue increased by 92% year-on-year to $252 million.
Mara Holdings mined a total of 2,144 bitcoins in the third quarter and turned a profit from a loss, a significant improvement from a loss of $125 million in the same period last year. The company said this was due to a 64% increase in computing power and lower electricity costs. It currently holds about 53,250 bitcoins, worth a total of about $5.60 billion at current prices.
