According to on-chain analyst Ember (@EmberCN), a whale/institution that previously sold short 66,000 ETH for $23.31 million by borrowing currency proposed 110,000 ETH (worth $386 million) from Binance after transferring 91.20 million USDC to Binance an hour and a half ago.
Together with the 64,000 ETH previously repaid for sell short, the address has withdrawn 174,144 ETH from Binance in the most recent day, with a total value of $621 million.
