Zhaojin Mining: Signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Ant Digital

Zhaojin Mining (01818.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the directors of the Company are pleased to announce that on November 3, 2015, Hong Kong Zhaojin Mining Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a strategic cooperation memorandum with SigmaLayer Company Limited (a member company of the technology commercialization sector of Ant Group). According to the memorandum, the Group and Ant Digital will establish strategic partnerships in various fields based on the application of blockchain and artificial intelligence core technologies, including the construction and exploration of overseas gold assets digitalization and tokenization; AI artificial intelligence-driven intelligent supply chain and risk control system; and the realization of reliable value delivery in the fields of sustainable development and environmental, social and governance. Any specific activities and projects contemplated thereunder shall be subject to strict compliance with security requirements, followed by a formal agreement signed by the parties to the MOU.
