The Smarter Web Company, a British Bitcoin treasury company, announced that it has completed the placement of 407,500 ordinary shares (the "Subscription Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Subscription Agreement announced on September 4, 2025.
The total proceeds raised from the subscription share placement were £276,781.80 (excluding related expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.68 per share. Upon closing at the beginning of the week, the company will receive approximately 98% of the proceeds raised. According to the Subscription Agreement, the outstanding balance of common shares that have not been placed is 13,475,500 shares.
