According to Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), he shared his "weekend builder idea" on the X platform: AI Judge Companion.
CZ says: "Train an AI to grasp written law and past cases, and then have it recommend judgments for every public case. The law itself is a public document, and most court documents - including legal precedents, plaintiff and defendant statements, trial transcripts, final judgments, and even social opinion data that may be included in future versions - are also public. Unlike human judges, AI is not influenced by factors such as emotions, hunger (around lunch), personal opinions or political stance, so it can theoretically make judgments more objectively.
I don't think any country will adopt this system anytime soon, or that AI judges are necessarily "better" - it depends on the quality of training. But it could be a powerful aid for judges, lawyers, and ordinary parties, as well as for scenarios such as predicting markets. It's not a lot of work to implement such a system - if anyone wants to do it, I'd be happy to invest in a good version. "
