NSCI's so-called "local management has recently failed to comply with the agreed contractual payment terms" is completely groundless and maliciously smears the management of NSCI China. There is no breach of contract in NSCI China; on the contrary, NSCI currently owes ATGD as much as 1 billion yuan. The relevant management of NSCI in the Netherlands is seriously negligent and negligent in the decision-making process, putting personal interests above the overall interests of the company, and seriously violating professional ethics and corporate governance requirements. The losses caused to the company and the majority of employees should be held accountable according to law. NSCI's unilateral suspension of supply completely disregards the interests of customers, seriously violates contractual agreements and business cooperation principles, seriously undermines customer trust, and is extremely irresponsible. At present, NSCI China has established sufficient inventory of finished and in-process products, which can stably and continuously meet the order needs of our customers until the end of the year or even longer, and the supply chain is safe and reliable. To ensure the long-term and resilience of supply, we have actively launched multiple sets of plans and are stepping up the verification of new wafer capacity. The company is confident that the verification will be completed in the short term and seamlessly meet all customer needs from next year.
