11月1日消息，针对社区中“ether.fi或出现上下游问题，一张从来没有进行任何消费/预授权的卡被盗刷了，暂停使用”的质疑，ether.fi CEO Mike Silagadze 回应称“正在调查此事，并与信用卡合作伙伴沟通。所有遭遇欺诈交易的用户都将获得退款。”
