Bitcoin miner TeraWulf completes $1.025 billion convertible senior notes offering

Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner TeraWulf announced that it has completed a $1.025 billion convertible senior note offering, higher than the previously announced $900 million private offering size, which includes a $125 million note issued under an additional note purchase option granted to the initial purchaser, net income after fees is close to $1 billion, and the new funds will be used for the construction of the data center campus in Abernathy, Texas and other corporate purposes.
