Northeast Securities: A subsidiary of a holding subsidiary was transferred for prosecution in a futures manipulation case

On October 31st, Northeast Securities announced that on October 30, 2025, its holding subsidiary Bohai Futures notified that its wholly-owned subsidiary Bohai Rongsheng Capital Management Co., Ltd. and wholly-owned Sun Company Bohai Rongxing Trading Co., Ltd. were transferred to the First Branch of the Shanghai People's Procuratorate by the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau for review and prosecution due to the "4.7 manipulation of the futures market case". At present, the operation of the subsidiary is normal, and the case has not been judged. It is impossible to predict the impact on profits for the time being. The subsidiary will cooperate with the judicial work, and the company will continue to disclose the progress.
